Video Operations Support Engineer Jobs

Understanding of Internet delivery-based content delivery at scale, in particular, CDN management and end-user QoS/QoE monitoring.

Quality Engineering experience helping manage multiple integrated deployment environments.

5+ years of hands-on experience in a production/operational role.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related Tech field.

Microservice, AWS, Cloud engineering & architecture experience. Past experience with system integration and successful deployment of video products.

CTS, CTS-D or similar Avixa technical certification desired.

Minimum 5 years experience in-depth troubleshooting of HDMI, video streaming protocols, audio and USB

Minimum 3 years experience in-depth troubleshooting of Q-SYS or similar Linux-based AV systems

Minimum 2 years experience with Atlassian collaborative tools, such as Confluence and Jira

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Excellent software and hardware troubleshooting skills

People management skills, with proven experience managing a production team.

5+ years of experience in production management or equivalent.

Experience working in Airtable or equivalent project management systems.

Manage a team of production and post-production coordinators.

Oversee and manage equipment system, inventory, upkeep and processes.

Extremely organized, collaborative and detail oriented, with experience working through all stages of production.

Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, while balancing and prioritizing multiple or competing tasks.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; preferred areas of study include videography, digital media, sports management, radio/television, and film.

Manages the daily setup/breakdown of practice equipment. Manages DVSport Rewind system for practice.

Organizes football staff’s video needs for various clinics and chalk talks. This includes traveling to remote events.

At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Experience filming practices and games, as well as editing and logging the footage using sports analysis video software.

Proven working experience in the technical aspects of broadcast operations, production, or video production deployment

5 years of overall relevant experience

Experience with debugging PC video equipment such as webcams, virtual video devices, and microphones.

Skilled “outside-the-box” troubleshooter and problem solver
