Program Management : 2-3 Large 10 M+ multiyear green field development programs

Domain Experience : Financial Services ; Experience in mortgage/insurance desirable

Governance and Reporting : Strong experience in setting up reporting practices

Strong experience in similar programs

Executive communication : Ability to interact with CxO ( CIO, CTO)

Provides management and leadership for IT management and group consisting of application programmers, systems administrators, network analysts, and database managers.

Expert knowledge of application development and support experience in a global cGMP regulated environment.

Manages vendors used globally to support our IT infrastructure and systems

Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences or related field and 10 years of equivalent work experience. Master’s degree preferred.

7+ years of experience leading teams required.
