• Craft and drive a holistic product strategy aligned with our vision and customer needs.

• Steer the entire product lifecycle, from inception to launch, ensuring prompt, high-quality SaaS releases.

5 or more years of experience in the management of a staff of Project managers, engineers, with financial accountability

Reports to the Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Design Management Services (DMS).

Manage and lead all assigned regional design management offices.

Effective utilization of Salesforce Management.

Manage Resource Allocation in conjunction with other regions.

Develop teams with Environmental, Sustainability, & Governance skills for assigned region market.

Experienced knowledge in risk management and practical application of scientific, risk-based approaches required

Expert knowledge of global regulations and requirements pertaining to QMS, GxP and computer system validation, including experience with external auditing bodies

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively with IT and business partners, management, key vendors, and matrix team members

Advise JJTS Management with Executive Responsibility (MWER) of the health of the Quality System

Knowledge of IT Security requirements preferred

Maintain qualified personnel and building world class talent with strong quality and compliance capabilities
