Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA/CPSM/CPIM preferred.

Underwriting and Product knowledge of the Commercial Property and Casualty Industry

Provide product knowledge to Underwriting, Operations, IT, and other functional areas across the organization as needed

Manage, mentor, and motivate a growing team of product managers

Understanding of and experience with modern ML/AI approaches and as they relate to personalization, search and recommendation products
