Vice President Real Estate Development Jobs in Tennessee

Undergraduate Degree in Real Estate Management, or Finance required

Preferred experience in investment banking and/or finance

Ensure all development projects are designed, financed and constructed in accordance with compliance, on time, and on budget

Create and manage the financial budgets and provide underwriting assumptions for multiple concurrent projects

Manage relationships with cities, when necessary

Demonstrated experience with project scheduling, negotiating purchasing agreements, and negotiating leasing agreements
