Vice President Real Estate Development Jobs in Colorado

Cross functional knowledge and management/leadership skills relative to due diligence and entitlement aspects of specific projects.

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate, including market analysis & planning, site selection, portfolio management, and negotiations.

College Degree in relevant field required, (Architecture, civil engineering, construction management), or commensurate experience

Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management & planning skills.

Prepare comprehensive deal presentations for senior management approval.

Create and manage department and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budgets.
