10+ years of prior operations management experience

Resource Management: Will manage and optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel and budget to support overall efficient operations.

Change Management: Will lead organizational change initiatives, such as process reengineering, technology implementations, and organizational structuring.

Training and Development: Develops comprehensive training programs to elevate employee skills, enhance operational efficiency, and promote career growth within the organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of WMS and ERPs.

Experience in implementing strategic management decisions; experience working with executive management

Promote interdepartmental and vertical employee-manager communication to ensure effective services delivery to clients, staff, and management

Oversee the design and delivery of management reports and dashboards focused on key data and performance metrics

Oversee management of office equipment, computer hardware, and software

Significant experience working with technology systems, internal controls, and compliance-related issues; familiarity with SOC1 preferred

Ability to work with sophisticated spreadsheets and possess excellent writing and speaking skills.

Education: College Graduate- BA or BS (Business Management, Supply Chain Management)

Progressive Senior Transportation operational management (5 years minimum-leadership assignment)

Fleet Management, Customer Service, and Load Planning

Account Management (Interphase to solve issues, promoting organization, organic growth opportunities)

Other Essential Abilities and Skills:

CSA, DOT, HOS, ELD, EPA, FMCSA & OSHA knowledge

Oversee and drive effective S&OP processes to ensure timely and accurate forecasts, demand management, scheduling, and production.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Management, Business, or related field of study.

15 years of total manufacturing experience.

Solid analytical and strategic skills in terms of operations strategy planning and implementation.

Solid technology skills working with different types of databases and programming.

Knowledgeable in today’s best practices in lean manufacturing and demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement concepts.
