Vice President Of Housing Homeless Services Jobs

10+ years experience in the property management field Required and

Flexibility and time management skills are critical.

Works as operational liaison between Executive Management and portfolio operations.

Works with Directors of Operations to improve processes and management methods to generate above budgeted NOI.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or other related fields. Preferred

Demonstrated ability to create support and buy-in from staff, vendors, management, and other partners.

Must possess knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders and their treatment and rehabilitation, as well as housing first modality.

Successful interpersonal and organizational skills are essential

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in housing development preferred

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned Homeless/Housing Program Directors

Monitor program budgets, income, expenditures, and cost per unit of services and take corrective actions as needed to address fiscal problems.
