Ensures current and accurate costing, including estimate to completions, regarding capital spend in conjunction with finance

Recommends methods, materials and layouts for improvement based on plant needs and capabilities

Manages compliance to preventative maintenance systems and procedures

Builds, develops and manages engineering teams capable of carrying out engineering initiatives based on operational needs

This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder

Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Master’s degree preferred

15 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD)

Extensive experience (10+ years) in B2B marketing, with a focus on global campaign development and execution.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional performance.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing resources effectively.

Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency and messaging coherence across all global campaigns to strengthen brand recognition and positioning.

Candidate should have managed atleast $100M portfolio

Should have managed 2000 people

Strong expertise and domain knowledge of Telecom Network Services is mandatory.

Experience in managing global operations with direct accountability for P&L.

Experience of managing complex and large global transitions

Strong financial acumen with proven P&L record
