Partner with sales team to generate and close deals

Partner with our marketing team to generate high quality collateral and other content for lead-generation

Partner with the product& build team on roadmap& service delivery ensuring high customer satisfaction& retention

Prior sales leadership in Engagement Survey, Feedback& Analytics is essential.

Minimum seven years’ experience in administration, management or supervision

Seven years of administration, management, or supervisory experience (including project management) is required.

Demonstrated excellence in change management strategy and executive communications

Knowledge of educational fundraising, higher education issues, and research universities

Support Human Resources and Talent Development in providing leaders with the skills they need to drive dialogue and engage employees.

Supervise executive support staff including a project manager and staff assistant.
