Provide appropriate post-closing support to the Asset and Property Management team to ensure acquisition business plans are enacted

Create Investment Committee materials, including discussion memorandums, investor presentations, due diligence memorandums, and offering memorandums

Manage the due diligence process, including scheduling, analyzing, and documenting findings

Manage team of analysts, provide guidance on assigned tasks, approve travel, evaluate work product, and complete year-end performance reviews

Assist in hold/sell/refinance evaluations on existing assets

Experience in managing technical operations activities and projects with respect to science, technology, quality, and regulatory requirements.

15+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, and experience in all stages of biologics technical operations

Solid understanding of cGMP and FDA regulations and guidelines related to CMC, and experience in the preparation of CMC regulatory filings.

Establish manufacturing technical support strategies and direct the execution of those strategies.

Oversee and provide technical leadership, strategic direction, risk assessment, and oversight for successful long-range planning and execution across all supporting functions.
