Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex and diversified work-streams in a fast-paced environment.

Must have 5-7+ years of Multifamily experience in asset mangement.

Provide management and support of Asset Manager and Asset Director associates with specific asset assignments in our Western region target markets

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Oversee all team activities including management of projects, draft stakeholder communications/materials, immigration data reporting, and other planned and ad hoc activities.

Work closely with Finance and business segments to manage immigrations budgets.

Serve as a strategic advisor to design and manage immigration programs and policies; deliver projects in line with firm.

Serve as direct manager to a GS Associate, and functional manager and escalation point for onsite and offsite vendor immigration team.

10+ years of US immigration/global mobility experience

Build and manage strategic alliances with vendors and outreach partners to support recruiting initiatives.

Seven (7) years demonstrated experience with organizational/ leadership development and experience in developing training and recruiting/staffing strategies.

Five (5) years supervisory experience.

Provide strategic leadership for the Organizational Development, Training, and Talent Acquisition functions.

Monitor performance metrics for areas of responsibility, identify areas for improved performance and develop solutions to address deficiencies.

Identify and execute programs, tools and processes that assist the Airport in identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining top performing leadership talent.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, preferably with a focus on multi-family properties.

Lead the execution of property-level business plans, including capital expenditure plans, leasing strategies, and expense management initiatives.

Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained, marketed effectively, and provide a high level of service to tenants.

Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, including budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and performance metrics.

Proven ability to develop and implement successful asset management strategies.
