Vice President Brand Management Jobs in Florida

15+ years of relevant brand marketing experience

Previous experience in establishing and leading teams

Has extensive knowledge of marketing principles

Resource Management including tracking new hires requests, reconciling pending hires, headcount forecasting, and input into financial planning process

Respond to ad hoc requests from senior management, staff, and other internal clients

Prepare Management presentations / templates to be leveraged for planning processes and other AFC led programs impacting costs/resources

Excellent presentation skills and technical skills with extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word programs

Must have a strong background in the development, administration, and management of multifamily housing construction projects.

Familiarity with lending practices and property management in multi-family industry is preferred.

Experience with real estate and construction contracts is preferred.

Graduate degree and/or relevant professional risk management qualification a plus

10+ Years in Risk Management with an operational and top risks background

Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, etc.

Knowledge and use of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) reporting tools

Prior experience working with senior leaders in a functional or strategic capacity

Strong written and verbal communication skills
