Veterinary Territory Manager Jobs

Prior veterinary hospital management experience required

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant education and work experience

Certified Veterinary Practice Manager or Certified/Registered Veterinary Technician is desirable but not required

Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented and has the skills needed to support a team-based culture

You are familiar with agile processes and project planning/management.

You are a strong cross-functional communicator with experience building and owning digital sites and platforms.

Prior animal health industry experience is preferred, but not required.

You will maintain, update and upgrade the veterinary professional portal (website) and its interactions with veterinary professionals.

You will maintain, own and troubleshoot platform specific issues (portal, webinars, etc.)

Manage and execute elements of the Purina Veterinary College Program in assigned veterinary schools.

3+ years’ experience in private practice or similar industry is strongly preferred.

Provide technical nutrition information and serve as a technical consultant to Purina veterinary sales personnel.

Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers in the veterinary community that will drive Purina’s image in the veterinary profession.

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent

1+ years’ in a small animal private practice or an internship is required.

·Plan hospital management meetings with partners.

·Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for administrative and technical staff.

Manage Day-to-day operations of nursing team

Organizes student internships and externships in coordination with Program Relations Manager

5+ years experience in a clinical Nursing/Technician role

2+ years experience in a leadership role

Supervise nurses, technicians and assistants

Schedule nurse, technician and assistant shifts
