Where You'll Come In
The Veterinary Professional Experience Manager will drive the ideation, development and improvement of the digital experiences, interactions, journey and programs for veterinary professionals. They will ensure that our company’s digital first approach is maintained in the veterinary professional space, guiding the teams and projects to serve all veterinary professionals with best-in-class digital sites, tools and interactions. They will lead projects from inception to completion, working cross-functionally with other departments during their development and implementation, while maintaining vigilance on their ongoing success, growth and evolution after launch.

The office is open and available for all Monday through Friday. We ask all team members to be in office a minimum of 2-3 days a week to build a collaborative and invested environment to foster our unique in-person culture we are proud to have. The office policy is subject to change at company discretion.

Where You'll Come In

How You'll Make An Impact
- You will maintain a close relationship with numerous cross-functional partners including marketing, data analytics, engineering and related teams to sequence and develop our projects, as aligned by leadership.
- You will have close regular interactions with the Veterinary Relations lead to synergize in-person and digital interactions with veterinary professionals, and with our Scientific Communications lead to develop medical content and tools.
- You will maintain, own and troubleshoot platform specific issues (portal, webinars, etc.)
- You will create and own the ideation, strategy, measurement and processes related to the digital tools and platforms that serve the veterinary profession’s day-to-day functions and personal needs (eg, staff feeding, digital case management, etc.)
- You own and understand the data related to the use of the veterinary professional portal and all digital programs to guide priorities, new projects and needed updates to existing projects
- You will work closely with user testing to continually understand and refine how professionals interact with, enjoy and/or find friction with our digital offerings
- You will maintain, update and upgrade the veterinary professional portal (website) and its interactions with veterinary professionals.
- You have the ability to work closely with marketing, creative, project managers and engineering teams to develop and improve platforms and digital experiences.
- Prior animal health industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- You are a strong cross-functional communicator with experience building and owning digital sites and platforms.
- You are familiar with agile processes and project planning/management.
