Coordinate follow-up between interested investors and General Partners

Create awareness of the Fund among desired target audiences

Identify contacts that are suitable for the Fund’s fundraising pipeline

Regulatory intelligence - international, federal, state and local levels knowledge

Experience in raising venture capital financing as LP, GP, or an Angel or similar advisory capacity.

Deal sourcing in the relevant areas aligned with the firm's thesis

Product/Market Validation - voice of customers, product market fit, market landscape

Network/relationship - facilitating any strategic intros to investors, potential customers to portfolio, industry partners, policy makers

Potential direct business advisory activities to portfolio companies

Experience in building a successful startup from 0 to 1 resulting in an exit (large or small) multiple times.

Prior operating, product or engineering executive experience.

Experience raising venture capital financing or have worked as an Angel Investor or for a VC in an investment capacity.

Demonstrated problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, including deep familiarity with high-tech startup

Sales or business development experience is a plus.

Highly collaborative work-style, pragmatic, and resourceful problem-solver

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Cerner Millennium Front End Solution experience and/or implementation experience

Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Cerner Wiki

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and comfortable teaching in a classroom setting

Experience with Cerner implementation projects

Ability to facilitate for long periods of time

Researches program eligibility requirements for the purpose of providing up-to-date, accurate counsel to students.

Collaborates with teachers, Focus Facilitator, the Student Assistant Team/Program for the purpose of identifying and supporting comprehensive student programs.

Coordinates testing materials for school site for the purpose of ensuring that test security protocols are strictly followed.

Monitors students' progress for the purpose of identifying issues and taking appropriate action for increasing student success.

Presents lessons to students for the purpose of following district curriculum.

Responds to emergency situations for the purpose of providing needed intervention and counseling.
