Vendor Coordinator Jobs in Arkansas

Candidates with a background in healthcare and/or extensive PV Vendor Management experience are preferred.

Coordinate vendor document reviews (e.g. Safety Management Plans)

Develop and maintain a vendor management key data elements tracker

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple functions

Manage assigned leads with Archer lead management application

Ability to manage competing priorities and responsibilities

Demonstrate appropriate level of knowledge for assigned service line(s)

Manage dashboard of open requisitions – created through Archer

Meet daily call production requirements

Experience working in a production-driven office environment preferred

· Reviews all paperwork and validates information that is compliant with Health System's vendor requirements.

· Manages and updates material and information flows related to the vendor setup process.

· Maintains vendor profiles while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

· Oversees new vendor requests and creates new vendor profiles.

· Partners with Legal to initiate Master Service Agreements with new and existing vendors.

· Maintains high level of accuracy on all vendor and payment entries while maintaining compliance.

Manage the classroom to optimize training experience.

Work closely with the designated scheduling manager to ensure that trainer utilization meets or exceeds the company requirements.

Ideally the job holder will hold vendor certifications with significant experience in a similar role.

Deliver training courses as specified by the course vendor and in consultation with designated scheduling manager.

Deliver training courses to the required quality standards as detailed in Skillsoft quality procedures.

Adhere to vendor-specific requirements including but not limited to obtain / renew certificates and following required examination and invigilation guidelines.
