Length: 6-month W2 Contract
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Safety & Pharmacovigilance (CSPV) - Vendor Management, this individual will support our growing Vendor Management team as we develop strategic partnerships with multiple vendors performing Pharmacovigilance (PV) services. The successful candidate will support the team by establishing a framework for monitoring and tracking key data elements and metrics across all in-progress vendors. Additionally, this individual will develop trending reports to aid in the monitoring of vendor quality and performance. This individual will also possess excellent customer service skills as are required to support internal and external stakeholder requests.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of a successful alliance partnership with strategic PV vendors globally
- Support audits and inspections, as necessary
- Additional administrative tasks performed, as required
- Draft meeting minutes, as needed
- Support vendor onboarding and offboarding activities
- Develop and maintain vendor documents, templates, tools, forms
- Develop and maintain an issues and escalation log
- Coordinate vendor document reviews (e.g. Safety Management Plans)
- Develop and maintain quality and performance tracker for oversight and trending
- Develop and maintain a vendor management key data elements tracker
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Independently motivated, detail oriented and strong problem-solving ability
- Candidates with a background in healthcare and/or extensive PV Vendor Management experience are preferred.
- Experience with Smartsheet highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to develop, execute and follow-through complex projects to completion
- Strong MS Excel skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple functions
