Keep Laundry Manager informed of any laundry/uniform issues.

Working knowledge of Invotech software system.

Check and follow up on all guest dry cleaning and laundry.

Responsible for fulfilling all emergency guest laundry and pressing needs on a need be basis.

Ensure that all guest laundry and dry cleaning goes up to the guestrooms wrapped according to standard in sustainable packaging.
