Five years’ relevant experience in a director level position working for children/family issues in progressively responsible roles.

Work collaboratively with our in-house patient care team to deliver a great end to end experience

Become part of Leafwell’s ongoing education and research programs, helping to demystify cannabis as medicine

Meet with patients via our telemedicine platform to certify patients for medical cannabis

Available a minimum of 20 hours per week including some weekends – we are open 7 days a week

Previous retail management experience, preferably in licensed products, apparel, giftware or housewares.

Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff.

Stockroom management ensuring inventory is properly stored and organized for easy and accurate rotation to sales floor.

Performance management and annual reviews of staff.

Training on product and company knowledge.

Manages payroll budget effectively. Cross trains and redeploys staff as business demands change.
