User Researcher Expert Jobs

Experience with several qualitative and quantitative methodologies (such as playtests, usability studies, contextual inquiry, questionnaire development and survey research).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Coordination & work organization skills necessary to run research mandates involving several partners.

Partner closely with senior members of the Maxis UXR team to plan and execute research activities to support franchise goals.

Conduct user research activities for multiple EA products across multiple platforms (including mobile, PC, and console).

Gather and analyze data using several qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, lab studies, heuristic evaluations, surveys).

Provide mentorship, coaching, and direction/feedback around usability and research to the broader design and product management teams.

Create service blueprints, journey maps, and user flow diagrams to depict the experience of a user.

Manage and actively recruit participants for research studies · Establish and maintain key relationships with co-creation and collaboration partners.

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in UX Research.

Minimum of 5 years of experience conduct research and testing of web applications.

Experience leading strategic research efforts and integrating user research insights into product roadmaps, strategy, and designs.

Assist the Government PM in scoping, preparing, assessing, risk management, decision-making strategy, and consulting on best practices.

3+ years of experience in User Research.

Experience in user research techniques (usability testing, heuristic analysis, etc.)

Knowledge of data processing software

Experience with user research tools in areas including analytics software, documentation tools, usability testing software, and presentation tools.
