User Experience Designer Lead Jobs in Arkansas

Provide design leadership by setting the vision and strategy for exceptional user experiences

Work closely with Product & Engineering for prototyping, design requirements, and delivery of features

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer support & compliance to design, build, and launch delightful user experiences across web and mobile apps

Use feedback from A/B testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive design decisions and requirements.

Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand project

Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly experience for our platform.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage time effectively

A basic understanding of front-end development and a willingness to learn new skills and disciplines
