E58: Monday - Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm

D312: Sat-Sun & Mon 6:00am - 6:30pm

Part Time: Sat &Sun 6:00am - 6:30pm

Engage with third-party compliance management system to ensure vendors are supported and assessment objectives are clear

Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and manage own time and workload

Ability to analyze information to drive business decisions, manage project plans and resources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience reviewing and analyzing Social Compliance audits, and has basic understanding of relevant due diligence frameworks

Assist buyers with PO management questions relating to Tradestone

Gain a working knowledge of the vendor registration process, to serve in a support role as needed

Assist vendors with all questions concerning our requirements, policies, and procedures outlined on the Vendor website.

Partner with URBN Distribution Centers to validate compliance requirements and/or communicate compliance changes

Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication, phone, and writing skills

Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:

Works closely with management team to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

All other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite.

Assists HR leadership team with managing and resolving employee relations issues.

Assists with new hire onboarding.

Management of site systems (access control, CCTV, etc.)

Build a good rapport with associates and management

Preferred College Degree or certification in Criminal Justice / Business

1-2 years of Loss Prevention / Security experience; preferred with First Aid / CPR training

Previous Leadership Experience / Training experience preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to take direction, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills.

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook).

Communicate with vendors and suppliers through e-mail.

Enter information into our product information system, Tradestone.

Run reports and share information with cross-functional partners.

Purchase Orders Follow up with vendors to ensure receipt of new purchase orders. Manage purchase orders in Tradestone

Line Review-manage line review process with Production team. Facilitate monthly line review meeting with Customs Compliance

Problem solving & trouble shooting skills that allow for a proactive approach to the business

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Assist & support Production team.

Support the aesthetics and quality of product by maintaining quality production and ensuring on-time delivery.
