Minimum 2 years work experience in photo studio environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Video experience is a plus.

Extensive interaction with the production manager, photo studio team, advertising & creative team, e-commerce, pre-media and freelance staff.

2+ years of experience in retail, design, television, or related field

Experience with Customers or Guests

Coordinate product movement from prep areas to studios during the HSN broadcast, while adhering to HSN show and studio standards.

Attend meetings with broadcast teams to discuss product related requests, and ensure those requests are carried out.

Prep and work high-profile shows and interact with high-profile Guests and Teams.

Maintain departmental props and supplies through proper use, maintenance, and storage.

Experience in the following fields desired: customer service, sales & marketingExperience in the homebuilding or retail industries preferred.

Must have excellent communications skills, particularly with regard to customer service.

Scheduling and confirming buyer appointments

Greeting buyers and explaining the browse documents & process

Preparing buyer files for final appointments

Keeping the studio neat and in order
