The UNIX Systems Administrator must have a strong understanding of UNIX operating systems, networking, and security.

• Strong knowledge of UNIX operating systems, including Linux and Solaris
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, and Python
• Experience with system automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible and Puppet
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
