Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with all levels of team members within the organization

Experience with ATS and CRM recruiting tools

Execute the strategic university relations program, in strong partnership with target universities and academic institutions, to achieve Infineon’s talent hiring goals

General understanding of nonprofit management principles and responsibilities.

Knowledge of and experience in engaging the formal and informal power structure of Cuyahoga County.

Knowledge of and experience in engaging members of the executive and legislative branches of state government.

Demonstrated ability to manage human resources, including performance management and capacity to make complex decisions politely but firmly.

Assures strong financial performance and management.

Must be an effective leader as well as a skilled manager.

Experience with crisis communication and issues management; and

Experience effectively communicating with a diverse group of constituents.

Professional leadership experience at a public research university similar in size and complexity to the University of Oregon.

Experience acting as an institutional spokesperson.

Starting at $160,000 - commensurate with experience
