University Community Manager Jobs in New York

Demonstrated experience or knowledge of facilities management and/or human resources policies and procedures.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience or knowledge of youth and/or nutrition related community programs.

Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing.

Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Experience incorporating the perspectives of multiple communities, including communities of color.

Experience in university relations or account management is a plus.

Proven experience in business development and managing relationships with universities.

Minimum 4 years of work experience across various functions.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate unstructured challenges.

Build relationships with the Career services team of Universities.

Maintain strong relationships with universities, acting as the main point of contact.
