Works with clients to refer partnership solutions such as Wealth, Insurance, Cash Management and Mortgage.

Maintains working knowledge of all products offered by the Bank and corresponding regulations, policies, and procedures.

Proven experience in a goal-oriented sales or customer service environment

Strong communication (verbal/written) skills, with ability to conduct face-to-face interaction

Percentage of time spent on each area of key accountabilities will vary from branch to branch.

Explains Bank policy and procedures to clients and resolves routine service concerns.

Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.

2 or more years customer service or sales experience. (Required)

Proficient in identifying consumer and small business lending opportunities and partnering with centralized lending group to ensure successful customer outcomes.

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Responsible for using all identified security precautions about cash, checks and account management.

Accountable for Performance Management Goals as agreed upon with Supervisor.

Volunteers for special projects within the scope of job responsibilities.

Excellent human relation skills needed to interact with the membership in a professional environment including listening skills, and verbal/written communication

High level of TCU product knowledge with a full understanding of needs-based selling.

Responsible for using product knowledge to cross-sell and clearly communicate product features to staff and members.

Ability to provide an outstanding customer experience and friendly interaction

Leadership abilities and self-motivation required
