Unit Clerk Full Time Evenings Jobs

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;

Experience: Experience operating switchboard, computer, and other business equipment

Skills: Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong ability to multi-task.

Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone

Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues

Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling

Six months of relevant experience in clinical/healthcare setting preferred.

Minimum one year experience in administrative position preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, (including Word and Excel).

Must be able to organize time and tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in all USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.

Previous experience as unit clerk/nurse's aide preferred.

Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to complete computer tasks.

High school education or its equivalent.

Certified Health Unit Coordinator, preferred.

Contacts Indiana and Illinois customers in regard to license plates and will FedEx Illinois plates accordingly

Set up expense for Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle; mark deal jackets accordingly

Stays updated in computer skills by attending additional computer education/training as system advances.

Extent to which employee can be counted on to carry out instructions and fulfill job responsibilities.

Demonstrates knowledge of routine to be followed in fire or disaster situations.

Attends regular meetings of appropriate nursing staff organization, including Unit Clerk meetings.

Participates in continuing education programs.

Demonstrates knowledge of operation to include but not limited to the required unit specific equipment/procedures.

Strong computer skills strongly preferred

The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.

The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.

Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity

Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Maintains documentation necessary for compliance with state, federal and other regulatory agency requirements. Collects insurance cards and valid ID card.

Monitors appropriate reports. Maintains knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes, ensuring orders are entered accurately and efficiently.

Basic computer skills. Strong verbal and written communications skills required.

Two (2) years related experience in a call center, patient registration, patient accounts, or patient billing preferred.

Experience in third party insurance and insurance terminology, CPT, and ICD-9 codes preferred

Answers telephones courteously, professionally, and promptly. Screens and transfers telephone calls or takes messages as appropriate.

Education: Minimum 2 year JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology, associate or Baccalaureate degree.

Experience: 18 months experience required.

Certifications: Certification with ARRT. MRI registered or registry eligible.

Other: Good oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience: 2 years MRI job experience preferred.

Manage the send out lists, unlisted orders, and check orders to make sure interface is transmitting correct information.

Has necessary forms ready (Death Certificate, Autopsy Permits, etc.). Carries out all clerical routines.

Arranges for transportation of patients from the units. Calls Patient Transportation to request transporter.
