Overview Unemployment Insurance Adjudicators are responsible for determining eligibility for unemployment insurance benefits. They review and analyze claims, investigate discrepancies, and make decisions on whether or not to approve or deny benefits. Adjudicators must be knowledgeable of state and federal laws and regulations related to unemployment insurance. Detailed Job Description Unemployment Insurance Adjudicators are responsible for determining eligibility for unemployment insurance benefits. They review and analyze claims, investigate discrepancies, and make decisions on whether or not to approve or deny benefits. Adjudicators must be knowledgeable of state and federal laws and regulations related to unemployment insurance. They must be able to interpret and apply these laws and regulations to individual cases. Adjudicators must also be able to communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and other parties involved in the claims process. Job Skills Required
