Experience in plant maintenance processes and reliability technology tools

Experience in reliability technology tools such as Failure Mode Effects Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis.

Responsible for managing and developing turnaround execution timeline, cost, and schedule as well as turnaround processes.

Work with advanced equipment while leading a team to monitor maintenance changes and development.

Launch site specific turnaround scope, goals, and performance metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

Responsible for management of incident reporting during the execution phase of a Turnaround.

Role is the flywheel for the execution coverage and would be responsible for any assigned execution responsibilities.

Minimum of 5 years of turnaround experience

Minimum of 3 years of field manufacturing experience

Expert working knowledge of industry safety standards

Demonstrated coaching skills – toolbox safety meeting, field auditing and reporting

Technical, Engineering, or Construction Management degree a plus, but not required.

Willing to work a wide variety of scheduled days and hours, including night shift, following strict fatigue management guidelines.

Experience with a variety of heavy equipment, especially cranes, preferred.

Experience with piping design and understanding of ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3

5+ years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication.

Ability to read and understand P&IDs, ISO's, piping isometrics, fixed equipment design packages, and pipe specs.

Apply analytical skills to analyze financial statements, debt capacity, competitive positioning, and strategy.

10+ years of restructuring advisory or restructuring investment banking experience.

Ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality results.

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented with exceptional research abilities.

Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Deep finance/accounting background, including prior experience in public accounting or transaction advisory

5-7 years of experience in a directly relevant role with an MBA, or 6–10 years of experience with no MBA
