Treasury Project Assistant Jobs

Previous experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles preferred.

Solid understanding of financial markets, banking instruments, and cash management practices.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel and treasury management systems.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to treasury activities.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Data analysis for assets and liabilities, market risk position and report the same to management on a daily basis

Assist in project management including but not limited to UAT testing, implementation, QC analysis and production release

Submit treasury reports to management and Head Office on a timely fashion

Equivalent combination of education and experience

Monitor and manage daily cash position for BONY, FED and HSBC accounts

Monitor regulatory requirements (AMR, OCC & FDIC collateral balance) on a daily basis

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus.

We are seeking a change agent with strong troubleshooting skillset / solution oriented mindset and experience implementing best practice solutions.

Ideally have prior exposure to Project Management / business analysis protocols.

Experience developing Target Operating model framework.

Strong interpersonal / collaborative skills.

Axiom system experience a plus.

Experience in project management is a plus

Manage accounts opening for banks and payment/treasury solutions

3+ years minimum of experience in treasury division, including 1+ years in charge of cashier activities

Experience in multi-currencies is mandatory

Work in a remote and globally distributed team

Identify in-flows and inform stakeholders

Investigate unusual transactions and collect supporting information for management.

Manage user access to bank accounts.

Intermediate experience in MS Suite

Open bank accounts as required at direction of Fund Accounting or Corporate Team

Complete/update any and all banking forms requested or required.

Support the Cashier and the Deputy Cashier in monitoring cash receipts and contributions from member organizations

Prepare monthly and weekly cash forecasts

Prepare various periodic reports pertaining to contributions, disbursements, funds transfer and cashflow

Perform monthly bank charges analysis for all operational bank accounts

Follow up with banks for resolution of the cases

Investigate beneficiaries’ claims of non-receipt of payments, delays in payments and bank charges

Strong analytical skills and highly developed eye for business

Education: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent college degree, preferably STEM oriented ; Seniority Level: Entry level

Lead affiliate projects to implement, upgrade or make changes

Update user rights / Mandates / signer profiles / accounts

Respond to and resolve daily affiliate questions (rejected payment, create an urgent manual payment, add sapphire features, etc.)

Support the affiliates for new products on platforms (new bank, new country and/or new means of payment)
