Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.

Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations.

Business Administration Finance, Economics, or related major.

Experienced in Microsoft Office suite.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing or Business Management in a rapidly growing business

Good treasury systems experience and proven track record of IT project management, implementing treasury systems and managing upgrades and process improvements

Provide project management support for business projects (Group and local projects).

Good knowledge of treasury systems and technologies

Project planning and implementation experience preferred.

Treasury operational and analytical experience.

Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management.

Collaborate with the finance team to collect, organize, and validate financial data from various sources.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex financial data.

Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Full time role available for a BA with Credit Risk/Market Risk project related experience.

• Proficiency to work with Senior Business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements

• Defining testing requirements together with the QA team

• Work with Stakeholders during UAT to ensure reports meet requirements and ensure all deliveries are signed-off.

• 10+ years’ experience with at least 3+ years’ experience as a BA/FA

Prior experience in a deposit products analyst role is highly preferred.

Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
