Travel Baseball Coach Jobs in New Jersey

DMV and criminal history background check required. Must be in good standing according to the Morris County Risk Management Department.

Assign, monitor and communicate all duties and responsibilities of assistant coaches.

Thorough understanding of modern coaching methods, designing game plans, and assigning student athletes to appropriate positions.

Able to demonstrate effective recruitment techniques and assess talent of players being recruited.

Must have a flexible schedule to be present at all practices, home and away games.

High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Knowledge of NCAA regulations relative to proper rules of play in the sport of baseball.

High school or collegiate baseball coaching and competition experience preferred.

Knowledge of the Big Ten Conference and NCAA regulations.

Assists in establishing and maintaining a nationally competitive intercollegiate baseball team within the Big Ten Conference and NCAA .

Assists in organizing and conducting practices and competitions at a high level of efficiency and success.

Assists in fundraising and public relations events that support the objectives of the program and allow for program enhancements.
