Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a related discipline or equivalent work experience

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources

Provide guidance and instruction to employees/managers regarding T&E matters

Provide monthly reporting and analysis on key T&E metrics and distribute to managers for review.

1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or relevant experience

Respond to T&E inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to internal employees who utilize Navan, our travel and expense system

Prior experience using JIRA or other task management systems to receive, track, prioritize, and complete requests from multiple business owners

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, technical, or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and related working experience

Good technical skills and knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel (e.g. pivots, charts, Power Query, etc.)

Build and manage multiple business cases, models, and forecasts to help guide positive business outcomes

Define analytical and data requirements for information systems, and work with technology teams on implementing and prioritizing improvements

· Several years’ experience in business travel industry related roles

· Working knowledge of the priorities and working tasks of a fast-paced Global travel team

· Experience in a related role

· An understanding of how data can drive and support key decision making

· An analytical mind, support the global team with analysis to drive key business decision making

2+ years of analytical and data exploration experience

Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and develop solutions to complex questions

Proven ability to manage analytics projects from discovery through completion

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau

Experience with analytical tools such as R, SAS, Python

Communicates with multiple internal (program, corporate) and external (interpreters, travel management organizations) stakeholders to identify requirements and resources.

Detail oriented and possess effective organization, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Maintains traveler profiles in contracted travel management systems; ensures appropriate profile information is used when booking travel requests.

Review for compliance, travel requirements processed through the SOSi domestic travel system.

Finalizes itineraries and generates all travel documents in accordance with corporate travel guidelines, traveler preferences and other requirements.

Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Provide assistance with the travel program which requires experience in budgetary requirements, military financial documents, reporting, analyzing, auditing, and travel policy.

Possess at least a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.

Initiate and complete actions to write and brief at the 4-Star Headquarters level

Ability to examine government travel system requests for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.

Analyze government travel system reports. T

Act as a liaison between Division’s finance section and FRD travel teams concerning travel policy questions, policy interpretation and vouchers/authorizations issues.

Position requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of proven and/or related work experience

This individual should have an understanding of the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR); knowledge of the federal travel authorization and vouchering process

Experience providing travel scheduling; familiar with travel systems similar to E2 Solutions; experience in identifying errors and taking appropriate corrective actions

Provide timely updates to travelers, routing officials and authorizing officials when changes occur with travel requests.

Make reservations for travelers utilizing E2 Solutions in situations where travelers are unable to make reservations on their own.
