Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.

Works closely with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.

Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.

Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.

Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch and assisting other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.

Less than 2 years of hard floor or carpet cleaning experience preferred and

Less than 2 years of environmental services experience preferred

Communication Skills: Able to communicate well in straight-forward situations.

Utilizes large auto scrubber and buffer machines to maintain hard floors.

Cleans and vacuums carpets to eliminate the build up of soil and stains.

Responsible for ensuring yard equipment is properly maintained and manage all aspects of service on equipment.

Good oral communications and math skills.

Fork lift certification is required (Will train)

Promote work safety practices and lead by example.

Responsible for maintaining productivity, coaching, training, motivating, and ensuring safety standards are met on a daily basis.

Responsible for working with our Explosive Operating Procedures to ensure picking and staging functions are followed for inventory accuracy.

Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management

Starts engine, shifts gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel to operate loader

Moves levers to lower and tilt bucket and drives front-end loader to force bucket into bulk materials

Moves levers to raise and tilt bucket when filled, drives vehicle to work site, and moves levers to dump material

Verifies amount of aggregate in storage bins and fills hoppers to ensure adequate quantity and quality of raw materials is maintained

Performs routine maintenance on loaders, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning
