Overview Transportation Mechanics are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of vehicles and equipment used in the transportation industry. They inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and perform repairs and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment. Detailed Job Description Transportation Mechanics are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of vehicles and equipment used in the transportation industry. They inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and perform repairs and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment. They also inspect and test components, adjust and replace parts, and perform other related duties as required. Job Skills Required
