At times Loss Prevention Agent will need to physically detain customer or employee until proper authorities arrive.

Must be able to testify as needed in court cases.

Good physical shape: to run, jump, squat as needed.

Complete all sales transactions: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, WIC, and Food Stamps.

Cash checks in accordance with policy.

Bag merchandise after sales transaction is completed and paid for.

Thank customers for their patronage.

Inspect machinery at beginning of day for potential repairs and report need for repairs to Bakery Manager.

Ensure that breads, pastries, etc. are cooked at the proper temperature and length of time.

Must obey all State and Federal guidelines regarding health and safety policies.

• Case management tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow

• Monitors progress toward reaching commitment thresholds and provides status reporting to core project management team

• Valid experience of 9-12 years in Learning and H2R domain

• Experience in leading HR and Learning and Performance Development process transformation

• Experience in HR technology – Workday, Oracle, SAP/SuccessFactors, Degreed, SumTotal, Cornerstone, LMS/LXP (any)

• Knowledge of Bus Optix / Visio or mapping tool

Project management and project delivery experience

Act as a change and culture management specialist to assess, define and drive activities related to the transformation

Deploy change and program management that drives business strategy and initiatives

Actively manage and track the HR solutions in support of the transformation

Well-developed consultative approach - listening, coaching and influencing skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written

·Communicate progress and results to senior management and stakeholders.

·Report to the C executives on the program's success, manage OCM

·Develop trusted relationships internally with cross-disciplinary technology, business, and finance teams and externally with strategic partners.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills on all levels of the organization with ability to influence outcomes.

·Coordinate delivery against roadmaps and key achievements, tracking progress and proactively raising and mitigating issues.

·Lead collaborative efforts to bring clarity and structure to areas where there is ambiguity.
