Train and educate Global Installation Partner Network (new candidates and continuing education), including:

Develop and deliver comprehensive train-the-trainer programs for distribution partners on product features and installation requirements.

Provide training and education for Certified Installers, distributors, installers, and internal teams.

Support sales teams with product presentations and educational materials at both CI and Tesla-led consumer events.

Experience as an Assistant General Manager or higher (Or industry equivalent)

Work closely with the Sr Manager of Field Training to ensure consistency in approach across the regions.

Recognizes organizational training trends and communicates them to Sr Manager of Field Training Process.   

Train Managers to lead strong New Hire Orientation, foster an environment of learning in their Shack, and consistently endorse the Shacksperience. 

Multi-unit training or operations experience in hospitality or retail 

Lead regional training meetings quarterly to discuss key initiatives, and training plans and calibrate current standards. 

Upload and assign modules via the Learning Management System (LMS) to colleagues and external partners.

Manage the communications plan to drive awareness and provide regular training updates to internal stakeholders and external Partners.

Track and report partner registration, completion and collaborate with Partner Managers to drive awareness and completion of the training.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, continually assess learner needs and program impact to drive improvements.

Experience working with and managing third party suppliers and contractors when developing/curating content.

Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Proven project management skills, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving.

Manage all aspects of the training development cycle including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

Produce engaging, impactful learning materials and programs; including interactive eLearning, documents, videos, ILT, VILT, learning assessments, and certification exams.

Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Experience using instructional design learning models (such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy) and adult learning theories.

3+ years of experience designing training content and programs is required.
