Overview The Training and Client Support Supervisor is responsible for providing training and client support to internal and external customers. This position is responsible for developing and delivering training programs, providing technical support, and troubleshooting customer issues. Detailed Job Description• Develop and deliver training programs for internal and external customers.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide customer service.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Ensure customer service standards are met.
