Completing technical transportation analyses in support of countywide and area master plan development.

Creating accurate, easily comprehensible, thoroughly documented charts, maps, and graphics to enhance written products and presentations as appropriate.

Master’s degree in urban planning or similar field,

Monitor third-party platforms like Markitwire, ICE, prime broker portals, and administrator systems for trade management

Grasp big-picture objectives to help senior management streamline workflows and minimize operational risk

Performing other duties as may be requested by senior management

Identify process gaps, and work with internal and external resources to create detailed requirements to solve issues

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices to further develop effective operational policies and procedures;

Undergraduate degree; preferably with a concentration in finance, economics, or related discipline

Knowledgeable of project management processes.

Must be willing to travel for on-site execution, project management and show-floor production.

Intake projects from Marketing partners, ensuring key details are included to execute impactful brand experiences.

Manage overall project timelines and costs and communicate details with internal agency and business partners.

Bachelors’ Degree in relevant field including Communications, Advertising or Marketing with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Creative agency or experience at in-house agency preferred.

Assist with servicing the needs of pre-existing clients

Must possess strong oral & written communication skills and have strong organizational & time management skills.

Possesses knowledge of planning principles, best practices, & techniques of planning.

Utilizes written and graphic skills for developing and presenting planning reports and projects.

Assists the project manager and Senior Planner with team leadership and project execution.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field of study.

Experience: Zero (0) to five (5) years’ job-related experience.
