DESCRIPTION

The Associate Product Manager assists and supports the E*TRADE Product Management team in managing multiple technology platforms and bringing the product vision to life. You will work with a variety of stakeholders helping them to resolve issues. The Associate Product Manager will assist product managers in driving projects forward by helping with project planning, execution and details.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with stakeholders and cross functional teams to resolve issues on a timely basis, including updating Salesforce data and other systems
Collaborate with product managers and tech team members to drive project forward including coordinating tasks, meetings, and other details as needed
Write requirements in the form of Agile user stories to create new functionality or enhancements in platform
Follow-up with tech and business team members to help remove project blockers
Build email templates in Salesforce
Produce documentation and training materials for use with stakeholders
Create reports and List-Views for Salesforce users
Facilitate and coordinate meetings
Perform user testing to validate changes made to platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
Basic:
2-3+ years experience working in a product management, technical business analyst and/or project management capacity
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Finance related discipline strongly preferred) or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (1 year of work experience can substitute 1 year of education)
Preferred:
Experience working with Salesforce. You will be required to complete your Salesforce Administrator Certification during your first year
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling
Experience working in Agile methodologies
Ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people including sales people, project managers, product managers, and developers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
Eagerness and ability to learn new technologies
Detail oriented
