Update Syngenta teams on legislation changes impacting foreign trade zones and communicate risks to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred or relevant experience

5 years minimum experience in International Logistics

Customs Broker License with knowledge of import and export regulations and operations

Experience with external logistics service providers

5 Years of progressive work experience in the investment management space focusing data integration across front, middle and back-office solutions

Strong working knowledge integrating CRD / BBG AIM and Eagle suite of products (Accounting, Pricing and Data Management)

Strong communication and written skills along with experience working with fast phased agile environment

Develop and document detailed user stories, use cases and functional specifications based on business requirements.

Work closely with product engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

Strong investment data knowledge across Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives and Alternate assets

·Provide event management support, including pre-event promotion, on-site branding, and support as requested by Sales.

·8 +years in Trade Marketing/Sales/Brand Management/Category Management within Beauty

·Strong understanding of brand management/marketing prestige professional channel

·Manage ongoing asset and collateral updates for international distributors.

·Collaborate with the head of education to develop, optimize, and drive traffic to the Academy education website.

·Create activations to support The Brown Skin Agenda education program via practitioners.

Customer management/service or finance background is a plus

Manage regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) for the division

Manage trade incremental process and own TMT submission

Experience with Syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI)

Experience with sales recaps and spending/forecasting reporting preferred

Own preparation of monthly TGP review deck

Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in trade marketing, brand management, or related roles within the consumer-packaged goods industry.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
