• Conduct audits of FTZ processes and records ensuring accurate and complete record keeping.
• Provide FTZ compliance training to personnel within the zone.
• Maintain Integration Point Global Trade Software including daily processing, and reconcile inventory records between SAP & Integration Point.
• Update Syngenta teams on legislation changes impacting foreign trade zones and communicate risks to management.
• File necessary documentation including weekly estimates and entry forms.

Qualifications

Required:

• Customs Broker License with knowledge of import and export regulations and operations
• Proficient in Integration Point, SAP, and Microsoft Office software systems
• Experience with external logistics service providers
• 5 years minimum experience in International Logistics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred or relevant experience

Preferred

• Must have strong operational focus around delivery of service, accurate record keeping, and inventory reporting
• Accepts accountability for performance and Syngenta FTZ operations
• Process oriented and able to apply technology to the solution of real business problems
• Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders to accomplish objectives
