Trade Compliance Specialist – Global Logistics Jobs

3-5 years of experience in trade compliance, customs brokerage, supply chain management, and/or logistics management

Support Logistics Team with tracking, deliveries, inventory management, and any other areas that need support

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline

Sufficient knowledge and experience in CTPAT program, duty/tax, and other trade compliance related programs

Ability to multi-task and manage deliverables for multiple projects at a time

Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s degree – Mechanical engineering or relevant work experience in an engineering or mining industry

Pus + experience working for the Customs/BIS or local authorities/administration

Must have experience in trade classification and international customs and export control laws and regulation.

Must have experience in conducting trade compliance audits and or risk/maturity assessments, as well as in formulating appropriate corrective actions.

Plus + experience in design and implementation of advanced trade functions, such as FTAs, FTZs, Bonded Warehouses

Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify intricate risks/issues and provide recommendations aligning with business and compliance requirements.

Develop, update, and manage compliance policies, procedures, templates, awareness communications, tools, and resources.

3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred experience in supporting international business endeavors.

Bachelor’s degree mandatory; paralegal certificate desirable; Compliance or privacy certification a plus.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field.

Extensive knowledge and experience in handling import and export cargo

Seek the most cost-effective mode of transportation in order to meet the customer’s requirements

Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, service providers and colleagues

The ability to manage multiple logistics projects simultaneously

Will evaluate toward the end of the year to determine if this will be extended another year. Hybrid onsite/remote.

The first 30 days of remote work will be limited.

After training, I will have 2 days remote/per week.

ARDX Import/Export Compliance Auditor Skills needed:

FTA management for North American and Latin America regions

Manage the liaison between regulatory bodies, trade partners and relevant internal departments

Work closely and communicate effectively with the business in their regional area to ensure business and service requirements are met.

Knowledge and understanding of supply chain

Effective leadership skills and the ability to work productively in a cross functional team environment

Influencing, negotiating and diplomacy skills

Perform Denied Parties Screening to align with U.S. export and other legal requirements

Supports critical import and export audit requirements in support of DWF Trade Compliance

Offers improvement ideas on processes, drive automation and improve processes wherever possible

Knowledge and understanding of import, and export regulations, and U.S. Customs guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain/Operations, or 7+ years of relevant experience

Minimum 2 years of import compliance experience or related field.
