- Communicate the Monster brand message to consumers
- Develop and Strengthen Key Relationships via Sponsorship Fulfillment, events activation etc.
- Generate Trial of Monster Energy Drink products by consumers
- Assist with Music Marketing projects
- Support Music Marketing efforts through event sampling and event support as needed
- The proper candidate would also assist in online projects
Essential Job Functions:
- Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule
- Responsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Co.
- Respond in a timely manner to Market Manager communication
- Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication and proactive interactions with consumers, endorsees and internal staff
- Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling via Music Marketing initiatives
- Be open to and willing to learn new company info regarding procedures, product etc.
- Distribute POS as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty
- Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper attire
- Follow all Company guidelines
Position Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Open to fluctuating schedules
- Product and POS inventory
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs when required
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- General housekeeping and cleaning of Monster assets and facility
- UPS shipping and delivery
- Some general computer skills (email, web browsing etc)
- May be asked to travel with the team to events and activations
- Ability to multi-task
