Qa Tester Iii Jobs in Iowa

May consult with Quality Management regarding key decisions which need to be made within his/her defined area of responsibility.

Directly supervise employees engaged in various Quality related tasks as well as assign job duties.

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and is responsible for optimum use of staff and technical capabilities within defined areas.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Works directly with contract manufacturers and alliance partners to manage quality related issues with minimal supervision.

Performs a wide variety of activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Strong working knowledge of Quality Systems and cGMP standards

Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and analytical testing

Experience in an outsourced pharmaceutical manufacturing model and working with CMOs to drive improvement

Strong problem solving, leadership, and negotiation skills

Experience/knowledge with Agile process is a plus.

Knowledge of team building and employee motivation theories with the ability to effectively manage a single cohesive functional employee team.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Management/Statistics, Technical Business Administration, or a related field required.

Combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience with SQL query required

Expert knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, including automated testing and test strategy.
