Quality Management: Planning, Assurance, Control and Improvement

Experience tasking remote teams daily, and providing feedback on effectiveness

A minimum of 6 years Software Quality Assurance Experience, with multiple proven product successes

Experience applying your expertise to solve systemic problems

Experience implementing test approaches as part of an overall test strategy

Experience working with content management systems

One year of QA experience

Proven experience working in a cross-cultural, multi-national organization

Execute text plans against content staged for publication

Respond to Customer Service inquiries related to problems identified on the PlayStation Store

Work with Digital Operators to identify and roll-out solutions to bugs found during quality tests

Ability to speak in front of teams, stakeholders and management.

Experience in analyzing requirements to reduce ambiguity and increase testability; experience developing and reviewing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Knowledge of Insurance Industry best practices and business workflows a plus and Industry standard certification in Quality Assurance is strong desired.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (or similar) and/or equivalent work experience.

At least 7 years’ experience in similar position with at least 5 years of IT and/or relevant business experience.

Certificated Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) preferred.
