Territory Market Manager Jobs in Missouri

6+ years of experience in new sales, account management and partner support

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory

Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals

2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have)

Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person

3+ years’ experience displaying dynamic leadership skills to manage and motivate third party sales teams preferred

Develop, manage and/or maximize partnerships to drive improved performance

Outstanding sales experience and track record in CPG industry (Beverage Preferred)

Distributor and supplier experience preferred

Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Foster and leverage strong personal relationships with all distributor and account management levels

Effective understanding of budgeting creation and management

Manage product launches, execution strategy, tracking, and measurement

Participate in annual company retreat and other training initiatives, including leadership training, brand education, systems training, etc

1-3 years of sales experience in the wine & spirits industry

4 tier distribution model experience preferred
