POSITION SUMMARY:

The NTX Market Manager is an energetic, self-motivated, and creative individual with strong leadership capabilities and a desire to drive Lady Bird Mixer Co. sales & brand awareness. The Market Manager’s initiative will enhance the sales volume and merchandising impact in a geographical area of responsibility while maintaining good working relationships with distributors, retailers, consumers, and co-workers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Planning and Process, Business Strategy

oAchieve monthly sales and distribution targets

oEnsure sales processes are fully implemented and practiced by all

oResponsible for communicating Lady Bird brand strategy, standards, and prioritization to the distributor sales team, including an appropriate focus in on-sale and off-sale business

oExecute the regional promotional plan

oEffective communication with the Lady Bird Leadership Team, including Sales,

Finance, Marketing, and Operations

oManage product launches, execution strategy, tracking, and measurement

In Market Activities and Relationship Development

oParticipate and advise in business development matters, including sales calls, market blitzes and provide in-market leadership to Lady Bird distributor sales teams

oWork directly with key on and off-premise customers and maintain direct contact with key accounts within the region

oStaff and work all in market activations

oFoster and leverage strong personal relationships with all distributor and account management levels

oPartner with and provide strategic recommendations to Marketing

Financial Administration and Analysis

oProvide market intelligence to CEO to perform break-even analysis on programming (as applicable)

oReview and request point of sale as needed

oProvide CEO with forecasting and product allocation needs

oDevelop and execute regional programming to drive incremental business

oCommunicate competitive market changes and trends

Individual Development

oNetwork and identify outside talent for potential opportunities with Treaty Oak Distilling Company

oSuccession Planning

oParticipate in annual company retreat and other training initiatives, including leadership training, brand education, systems training, etc

QUALIFICATIONS:

oBachelor's Degree

o1-3 years of sales experience in the wine & spirits industry

oDistributor experience

o4 tier distribution model experience preferred

oPrevious relationship with Texas Class B wholesalers preferred

oEffective communication and team-building skills

oMicroStrategy | VIP proficiency

oAbility to influence and persuade others to manage the business effectively

oProven track record in team performance setting

oStrong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel

oMicrosoft Office Suite Experience

oEffective understanding of budgeting creation and management

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/OTHER:

oValid driver's license

oAbility to lift up to 45lbs regularly

oAbility to travel regularly and stay overnight as business is necessary

oMust be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear

oMust have close vision, distant vision, and ability to adjust focus, peripheral and color vision
